Thank you for purchasing X SenseeSmoke Detector. This smoke detector conforms with the
European Standard EN 146042005+AC:2008 and is designed to detect smoke. The X Senses range

Please note this device does NOT detect flames, heat, carbon monoxide or other hazardous gases.

• Battery Operated
Long-life lithium-ion battery sealed in the detector to prolong 'ts lifetime to 10 years in standby

• Low Battery Warning
Alarm beeps and LED indicator flashes every 60 seconds when the battery is ow.

• Malfunction Warning
Alarm beeps twice and LEDindicator flashes every 40 seconds when the detector is in malfunction.

• Alarm Pause (Hush Mode)
Silence your smoke detector by shortly pressing the test button when non emergency smoke
(e.g. steam) causes nuisance alarms. The red light flashes every 5 seconds to remind you that the
smoke detector has been silenced. he detector will automatical y reset after 9 minutes.
• Loud 85 Decibe
Automatical y resets when hazardous condition has passed.
