Einziehen und kürzen
Vertikale Dichtungen:
Montage mit Lochband*
Vorgehensweise:
Lochsteifenband 3 809 058 0 auf Wunschlänge zuschnei-
den.Lochsteifenband in Gummi-Abdichtprofil 6 900 351 0
einführen. Positionen zur Fixierung des Lochstreifenbandes
gemäss Skizze festlegen und markieren.
Gummi-Abdichtprofil zunächst mit Cuttermesser im Kreuz-
schnitt vorsichtig öffnen und danach mit Spiralbohrer
Ø5,1 durch Innenwandung der Aluschiene und Lochband
hindurchbohren.
Der Bohrer muss so geführt werden, dass ein vorhandenes
Loch im Lochstreifenband getroffen wird! Zum Einsatz
kommt der Alu-Blindiet 1005194 der Dimension Ø5x10.
Nietflansch durch die kreuzgeschlitzte Öffnung des Ab-
dichtprofils hindurchschieben, versenken und auf Loch-
band aufdrücken und anschliessend vernieten,

Horizontal seal: retract
and shorten
Vertical seals: assembly with
perforated strip*
Procedure:
Cut the perforated strip 3 809 058 0 to the desired length.
Feed perforated strip into rubber sealing profile 6 900 351 0.
Determine and mark positions to attach the perforated
strip in accordance with the sketch.
First carefully open the rubber seal profile with the cutter
knife at the cross section and then drill through the inner
wall of the aluminium rail and the perforated strip with
the spiral drill Ø5.1.
The drill must be used in such a way that an existing hole
in the punched strip is used! The aluminium blind rivet
1005194 is used in the size Ø5x10.
Insert the rivet flange through the cross-slotted opening
on the sealing profile, countersink and press onto perfora-
ted strip and then rivet,
