5.3.5 Settings menu: Auto power off
This option can be used to activate an automatic power-off function for the device. If enabled, the
instrument switches off when no key has been pressed for a certain period of time. You can select
1 minute, 5 minutes or 15 minutes. In addition, automatic power-off can be completely
deactivated.
When no entries have been made for the time set in the auto power off option in the settings
menu, the meter will turn off automatically to save energy. If you wish to use the meter again after
auto power off, press the ON / OFF key to turn it back on.
5.3.6 Settings menu: Key tones
This option enables or disables a tone generated by the device when a key is pressed.
