Every day :
1. Check whether the breadcrum tray needs to be emptied.
2. For external cleaning, use a damp cloth.
3. Brush away the crumbs present in the machine.
Every 25,000 slices :
Have your bread slicer serviced by an approved agent.
1. Replace the blades.
2. Clean with a brush and vacuum inside the machine.
3. Check the condition of the roller bearings, then lubricate them.
4. Lubricate the slidebars.
5. Lubricate the jack's joints.
Additional maintenance for models with oil system.
Every day :
1. Check if you do not need to put oil within the oil tank.
(NOT WITHIN THE BREAD PUSHER WITH FELTS)
Every 1,000 slices or every 15 days :
1. Add the dose of cooking oil (100 to 150 ml) needed to soak the pusher felts.
Every 25,000 slices :
Have your bread slicer serviced by an approved agent
1. Replace the push rod felts.
2. Replace the felts of the pressing-plate (machine equipped with option OIL +)
