- This machine is intended for professional bakers.
- This machine is intended only to cut baked bread.
- It should be used by one person at a time. ( except FULL and SPEED )
- Do not let children or non-authorized people use or handle the machine.
- It should be used inside.
- The machine must be sufficiently well lit for the work.
- This machine has a sound level lower than 75 dB(A).
- Before connecting your machine to the mains, check that its voltage (see rating plate
of machine) is compatible with your mains voltage.
- Your power supply point for the machine should be protected by a differential and 16A
fuses, and should be earthed. ( 32A NORIA ).
- The connection is made through an earthed 16A plug. ( 32A NORIA ).
Note :
Every problem resulting from another type of connection would be your responsibility.
- If necessary, fix the feet or the casters delivered with the machine.
- Verify the sense of rotation of the felts ( FULL, FACM1 ).
- For instructions on using the machine, refer to the chapter on USING THE MACHINE.
