13. Troubleshooting
If the robot vacuum cleaner stops working
properly, please refer to the troubleshooting
table shown below to see if you can resolve
the problem yourself.
Never attempt to repair the robot vacuum
cleaner yourself. If a repair is necessary,
please contact our Service Centre or a suita-
ble authorised repair workshop.

Solution
Check the left wheel on the
robot vacuum cleaner for
dirt and obstructions.
Place the robot vacuum
cleaner on a flat surface.
Check the anti-fall sensors
for dirt.
Clean the sensor.
Charge the robot vacuum
cleaner battery on the
charging station or using
the mains adapter.
