3.2 45°/0° Probe head
The 45 ° / 0 ° probe head is fi xed to the control unit.
With this probe head the sample is illuminated at an
angle of 45° and the diff use refl ected light measured at
an angle of 0°.
3.2.1 45°/0° Calibration cap
To calibrate the sph xs1 a certifi ed white standard is
supplied. This standard is traceable to the normal of the
PTB (Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt) and comes
with a certifi cate from the PTB (Physikalisch-Technische
Bundesanstalt.
