Why is the drink dispensing process delayed?
The machine is re­adjusting the temperature for the requested drink.
Is the spent capsule container overfull and jammed?
Try to remove the spent capsule container by jogging the container gently to and fro.
My drink is not hot enough, what can I do?
Preheat the cup. If necessary, descale the machine – see the "Descaling the machine" section.
Why does the milk/rinse button light up when switching on the machine?
The milk/rinse button lights up when the machine is switched back on after a long period without
use (about 30 minutes). Press the milk/rinse button to rinse the machine. The machine is then ready
to prepare beverages.
Why are the "small cup" and "large cup" buttons flashing rapidly?
Switch the machine off and remove the plug from the mains supply. If the problem persists, please
inform Customer Service.
Why is the drink not dispensed properly?
Push the lever fully down. If necessary, descale the machine – see the "Descaling the machine" sec­
tion.
If the water tank becomes empty while drinks are being dispensed and the pump runs dry:
• Press any button to stop the brewing process.
• Open the lever to eject the spent capsule and close it again.
• Then fill up the water tank and replace it in the machine.
• Rinse the machine until water comes out of the spout.
• Now you can start again with a new capsule.
