Assembly instructions for the cycle rack
Screw tightly together the basic frame and the connecting plate, and the pre-mounted folding
mechanism and quick release fastener using the screws M8 x 50, washers 8 mm and self-locking nuts
M8. The connecting plate is mounted from the inside. (See picture )

Now place the U-bracket onto the tube sleeves of the basic frame. To attach the U-bracket, use the
coach screws M8 x 50, washers 8 mm and the plastic nuts M8. (See picture )

Place the 4 rail halves in front of you, as shown on the following page, and thread the enclosed
components under the rail and into the available splitter.

Now insert a wheel stopper into the top splitter in each wheel rail. Ensure that the wheel stoppers
are pushed from the inside outwards to the wheel. See photograph. Connect the aluminium profile
rails by joining together rails 3 and 4 using the rail connecting piece. See figure 1. Now insert the 2
screws M6 X 30 into the plastic connecting piece. See figure 5. This prepared connecting piece is
inserted into the aluminium rails from the top middle. See figure 2. Under the rail, the U-bolt is
tightened firmly and solidly to this connection using the washers and nuts M6, with the bars
pointing outwards. See figure 3 + 4. The holes in the rail connecting piece can be covered with the
EUFAB stickers.
