3. Assembly instructions

NOTE: Assembly requires two persons.
Place all parts of the exercise bike in a cleared area and remove the packing materials.
Do not dispose of the packing materials until assembly is completed.
As you assemble it, all screws are simply attached first, and finally tightened after the bike is
completely assembled.
Please do not lock all screws tightly until you have followed all steps to assemble the bike.
Step 1
Firstly, take out the E# Front Stabilizer, G# Rear stabilizer. Use L-1# Allen Key (5mm) in the tool kit
to remove the pre-assembled screw E-1# (G-1#) and E-2# (G-2) flat washer.
Please follow the drawing below: Place both stabilizers as below, then tighten E-1# (G-1) Screws
with L-1# Allen Key (5mm).
Step 2
Take out the F-16# Right Pedal, F-20# Left Pedal. Do as below: tighten them with L-2# Combination
wrench in the direction of the arrow.
