Emptying the liquid container by
tilting

1. Switch the device off and disconnect it
from the power supply.
2. Move the device to the waste water tank.
3. Take the drum pump out of the stand
pipe.

4. Remove the suction head (see chapter
Removing the suction head).
5. Remove all accessory parts.
6. Prepare the liquid container for empty-
ing:
 By means of tilting device Tc (de-
vice with tilting device Tc)
a Open the lock of the liquid container.

 By means of crane lug (unit without
tilting device Tc)
a Lift the device by the crane lugs (see
chapter Description of the device ) us-
ing suitable lifting equipment.
DANGER
Failure to observe the weight
Risk of injury from falling device
Observe the applicable accident prevention
guidelines and safety instructions.
Every time before lifting, check to ensure
correct functioning of the lifting device.
Only lift the device via the provided crane
grommet.
Ensure that there will be no unintentional
unhooking of the lifted load.
The crane may exclusively be operated by
qualified staff.
No people may be located within the haz-
ard zone of the crane.
Do not leave the device hanging unattend-
ed on the crane.
7. Tip the container with the push handle.

8. Dispose of or reuse the contents in ac-
cordance with statutory regulations.
9. Fit and lock the suction head.

Note
Secure the disposal hose in the holder
when not in use.

1. Only when emptying after vacuuming
operations:
a Switch the device off and disconnect it
from the power supply.
b Move the device to the waste water
tank.
2. Connect the disposal hose to the waste
water tank.
3. Plug in the mains plug of the drum
pump.
4. Switch the drum pump on at the on/off
switch.
Note
Avoid dry running the drum pump.
Do not leave the drum pump unattended.
5. Adjust the flow rate with the rotary
switch.
Note
Only when emptying during vacuuming
operations:
Select the flow rate according to the vacu-
umed amount.
6. Dispose of or reuse the contents in ac-
cordance with statutory regulations.
Cleaning the liquid container

Note
Bacterial contamination may occur through
the use of water-based cooling lubricants.
Wear suitable protective clothing when re-
moving deposits.
1. Empty the container.
2. Remove deposits in the container.
3. Dispose of the deposits in accordance
with the applicable regulations.
4. Remove chippings and deposits from
the support plates.
