Troubleshooting
Battery function can be related to a number of
problems, such as no sound, intermittent sound
and crackling/buzzing. Often a new battery is the
solution.
Problem Cause
No sound/ Weak or dead battery.
weak sound
Volume too low.
Feedback Hat, glasses or other object in contact
with sound processor.
(whistling)
Battery door in wrong position.
Sound is Too high volume.
distorted or
Weak battery.
intermittent
Loose abutment.
Sound Sound processor not turned on.

Battery door is not completely closed.

Possible Solution
Replace battery.
Turn up volume.
