PIR motion sensor battery life.
- Sensor is powered by two AA batteries which should last approximately 8-12 months. This depends
on the comings and goings in the space.
Control panel does not respond to RFID tag.
- Control panel only responds to RFID tags when connected to the mains.
- Make sure the RFID tag is paired with the control panel. If not, pair it.
Control panel does not send SMS when armed/disarmed with an RFID tag.
- Check the stored emergency telephone number and the name of the RFID tag.
Sensor, remote control and other accessories do not respond after the control panel has been mo-
ved.
- Press the tamper switch on the rear of the control panel three times in three seconds. All connections
between the control panel and accessories will be deleted. Make sure you do not activate the alarm
by pressing the tamper switch multiple times when installing the control panel.
I received an SMS that the phone number is unauthorized.
- SIM card is set to display caller.
- Phone number is set as an emergency alarm number.
GSM network LED blinking.
- If the GSM network LED is blinking once per second, it is searching for the network. If the GSM LED
blinks once every two seconds, it is connected to the network.
Motion sensor does not work properly.
- If the PIR motion sensor records an event twice in three minutes, it automatically switches to standby
mode. If no motion is detected over the following three minutes it switches back to normal mode.
During these three minutes the sensor is inactive and does not send any signal to the control panel. If
movement is detected within three minutes, standby is extended.
