OPERATION
Always disconnect the machine from the power supply and secure it against uninten-
tional reconnection before carrying out any conversion or adjustment work!
Only operate the machine when it is in a perfect condition. Before each operation, a visual inspection
of the machine must be carried out. Safety devices and operating elements must be checked
carefully. Check screw connections for damage and tight fit.

Operating instructions
Use a suitable support when drilling workpieces with uneven surfaces!

Never start the machine with the drill bit held down!
•

Never look directly into the laser. Do not point it at other people or foreign objects.
Never intentionally point the laser at people.
•
Only point the laser at insensitive workpieces with a blunted surface. Wood or other
•
rough surfaces are particularly suitable. Reflective surfaces are not suitable, how-
ever, as they can direct the laser beam right at the machine operator by reflection.
Switch off the laser immediately after finishing work with the machine. To do this,
•
press the laser switch.
Only switch on the laser when a workpiece is fixed in the machine.

The following overview provides a list of which machine components must be checked before and
after use.
Before starting work
Always check that the safety devices are in
good condition before using the machine.
Lubricate all lubrication points.

Drilling table
Optional: Assembly of machine vice of the appropriate dimen-
sion
To install the machine vice (3), insert one T-slot block (4)
•
into the slot (2), the other T-slot block (4) diagonally op-
posite.
•
Secure each with a washer (5) and screw (6).
•
Tighten the screws only hand-tight so that the machine
vice with the clamped workpiece can still be moved and
positioned accurately.
Fixing by means of clamping kits (not included in the
•
scope of delivery) suitable for the respective slot sizes on
the drilling table.
Optional: Fixation of smaller workpieces:
•
Smaller workpieces can also be fixed to the drilling table
with a screw clamp (7) (not included in the scope of de-
livery).

After finishing work
Disconnect the machine from the power sup-
ply.
Remove tools from the machine.
