Assembly column on the base
Place the column (1) on the base (2) so that the bore-
•
holes are on top of each other.
Fix the column (1) with screws (3).
•

Tighten the screws (3).
2. Assembly drilling table with bracket and fixing lever
Place the drilling table with bracket (1) onto the col-
•
umn (2).
Screw in the fixing lever (3).
•
3. Assembly machine head
With the help of a second person, lift the machine
•
head (1) onto the column (3).
Align the machine head so that it is parallel to the
•
base.
Fix the machine head by screwing the hexagon socket
•
screws (2) into the bore holes.
4. Assembly spindle travel handles
•
Screw the three spindle travel levers (1) into the bore-
holes.
5. Install/remove quick release chuck
Install the quick release chuck:
Set a distance of approx. 20 cm between the drilling
•
table and the spindle.
Subsequently, fix the drilling table.
•
Place a piece of wood onto the drilling table.
•
•
The quick release chuck (2) and the spindle (1) must be
free of contamination, as well as oil and other lubri-
cants.
NOTE:
release chuck cannot be adequately fixed on the spindle
and will fall out.
Fully retract the clamping jaws on the quick release
•
chuck so that they do not protrude and cannot be
damaged.
