Hazard warnings
Residual risks
Despite intended use, certain residual risk factors remain.
Risk of injury to hands/fingers due to rotating machine components during operation.

Safety regulations regarding work clothing must be observed.
Risk of injury due to sharp edges of the workpiece, especially if the workpiece is not fixed with

the appropriate tool/fixture.
Risk of cutting hands/fingers on drill edges that have not been deburred.

Risk of injury to the eyes from parts flying around, even with protective goggles.
Risk of injury due to dust emissions from workpieces treated with harmful agents. Wear a

dust mask and ensure sufficient dust extraction.

Risk of burns from tools or workpieces that heat up during operation.
Risk of hearing damage: Excessive noise can cause hearing damage and temporary or per-

manent hearing loss. Wear hearing protection certified to health and safety regulations to
limit exposure to noise.

Risk of injury due to contact with voltage-carrying components.
Risk of injury due to tipping of the machine.

Due to the structure and construction of the machine, hazardous situations may occur which are
identified in this manual as follows:

Regardless of all safety regulations, your common sense and your appropriate technical apti-
tude/training are and remain the most important safety factor in the error-free operation of the ma-
chine. Safe working depends on you!
TRANSPORT
Transport the machine in its packaging to the place of installation. To manoeuvre the machine in
the packaging, a pallet truck or forklift truck with the appropriate lifting force can be used, for ex-
