tiert innerhalb eines Zeitraums von 24 Monaten nach dem Erstkauf für ori ginal durch die Icom
(Europe) GmbH importierte Geräte.
Die Garantie umfasst alle Ersatzteile und Arbeitsleistungen zur Behebung nachgewiesener Fabrika-
tions- und Materialfehler. Autorisierte Icom-Fachhändler sind verpflichtet, die notwendigen Garantie -
reparaturen durchzuführen und schadhafte Teile an die Icom (Europe) GmbH zurückzusenden. Die
Kosten des Transports zum Icom-Fachhändler trägt der Kunde, die Rücksendung erfolgt zulasten
des Händlers.
Die Garantieleistung entfällt
H bei allen Schäden, die nachweislich durch unsachgemäße Bedienung entstanden sind,
H nach Reparaturen oder Änderungen durch Unbefugte,
H nach Verwendung ungeeigneter Zusatzgeräte,
H durch Öffnen der versiegelten Bauteile,
H nach Änderungen an der Firmware bzw. am werksseitigen Abgleich,
H bei Schäden durch Stoß oder Fall,
H nach Einwirkung von Feuer, Wasser, Chemikalien, Rauch usw.,
H nach Manipulation oder Nichtvorlage dieser Garantieerklärung,
H für NiCd-Akkus, NiMH-Akkus, Lithium-Ionen-Akkus und Speichermedien.
Durch die Inanspruchnahme der Garantie verlängert sich die Garantiezeit weder für das Gerät noch
für die ausgewechselten Teile.
Diese Garantieerklärung ist zusammen mit dem Erstkauf-Beleg (Rechnung) sorgfältig aufzube-
wahren.
