SAFETY SYSTEM FOR BATTERY
POWERED SECATEURS AND
BATTERY
The secateurs have a safety system that
automatically switches them off in the
following situations to prolong the battery life.
Overload protection
The secateurs switch off automatically if
overloaded or handled in such a way that there
is an abnormal consumption of power. If this
happens, switch off the secateurs and stop
working in this way. Switch on the secateurs
again.
Overheating protection
The secateurs switch off automatically if
overloaded or handled in such a way that there
is a risk of them or the battery overheating.
Allow the secateurs and the battery to cool
before switching on again.
Over-discharge protection
The secateurs switch off automatically if the
battery is discharged to a dangerously low
level.
