Solix Fix exterior roller blinds
Adjustment instructions
1.1 Operation

The end positions of the drive system and of the associated radio transmitters are
programmed at the factory.
1.2 Moving the roller blind up and down
Precondition:
The end positions have been properly set, the battery is charged and a
remote radio control has been paired.
Procedure:
When the "UP" button on the remote control is pressed, the roller blind
moves up to the end position.
When the "DOWN" button on the remote control is pressed, the roller
blind moves down to the end position.

Press the "STOP" button on the remote control to stop the roller blind in
any desired position.
Press the "P1+/P1-" button on the 15-channel remote control to choose
between the different channels. Select channel 0 to control all paired
blinds.

1.3 Changing the remote control battery

1.3.1 Changing the battery in hand-held radio transmitters: battery type CR2450

CAUTION
Disposing of batteries with normal household waste is not permitted!
Standard and rechargeable batteries will be taken back by the dealer who
sold them to you.

Faults and troubleshooting

1.4.1 Fault identification
The roller blind will not operate.
1.4.2 Fault rectification
• The battery is not sufficiently charged
⇒ Fully charge the battery.

• The drive is overloaded/overheating
⇒ Before trying to start the drive again, let it cool down for 15 minutes.
• The roller blind is moving too slowly
⇒ Cold outside temperatures could make the roller blind move at a
reduced speed.
• The roller blind will not go to the end position
⇒ Delete the end positions and reset them.

2.1 Pairing additional radio transmitters
Radio transmitter a has already been paired. Radio transmitter b needs to be

paired. If you are using a multi-channel radio transmitter, first select the channel
you want to assign.
1. When using hand-held radio transmitters, remove the cover on the back to make
your adjustments.
Caution: Press down gently on the battery to keep it in place
(making contact).
After making your adjustments, slide the cover back on.
2. Press the P2 button on radio transmitter a once
=> The roller blind confirms this button press by beeping +
moving briefly once.
3. Press the P2 button on radio transmitter a once
=> The roller blind confirms this button press by beeping +
moving briefly once.
4. Press the P2 button on radio transmitter b once
=> The roller blind confirms this button press by beeping +
moving briefly seven times.
2.2 Changing the end positions (top/bottom)
A top/bottom end position has already been set.

If no end positions have been set yet, this must be done first as described in 3.2.
1. Move the roller blind to the end position (top/bottom) that you want to change.
2. Press the UP and DOWN buttons on the radio transmitter
simultaneously for 5 seconds
=> The roller blind confirms this button press by beeping
four times + moving briefly once.
3. Use the UP and DOWN buttons to move the roller blind to the
new end position you want.
Press the UP or DOWN button briefly: the blind moves in
defined increments.
Press and hold the UP or DOWN button: the blind moves
continuously.
4. Press the STOP button on the radio transmitter five times
=> The roller blind confirms that the new end position has
been programmed by beeping when the button is pressed +
moving briefly.
