  • Seite 24 Bedienung Die Rotoren gleichmäßig beladen. Die Zentrifugiergefäße müssen gleichmäßig auf alle Plätze des Rotors verteilt werden. Für die Hämatokritbestimmung werden die Kapillaren immer zu »75 % gefüllt. Beim Beladen des Rotors darf keine Flüssigkeit in den Rotor und in den Schleuderraum gelangen. Bei der Verwendung von Standard-Kapillarröhrchen, die Röhrchen mit der Kittseite nach außen in den Rotor einlegen.

Während des Zentrifugationslaufes werden die Drehzahl des Rotors oder der daraus resultierende RCF-Wert und die verblei- bende Zeit angezeigt.
  • Seite 26 Softwarebedienung Softwarebedienung Zentrifugationsparameter 7.1.1 Eingabe mit der Taste SELECT Die Anzahl der einstellbaren Zentrifugationsparameter ist unterschiedlich, je nachdem, ob die RPM-Anzeige oder die RCF-Anzeige angewählt ist. In diesem Kapitel werden nacheinander die Eingabe der Zentrifugationsparameter bei angewählter RPM-Anzeige und RCF-Anzeige beschrieben. Wird nach der Anwahl oder während der Eingabe von Para- metern 8 Sekunden lang keine Taste gedrückt, werden in der Anzeige wieder die vorherigen Werte angezeigt.
