Operation and setting
Caution while adjustment work. There is danger of injuring the hands!
Use safety gloves! →
Before a gripped item (radius curb) can be gripped and moved,
the required gripping range must first be set so that it can be
gripped securely.
This is done by removing the ring nut (1) and then pulling out the
eyebolt (2).
At the same time, hold the appliance by the
handle (3) with one hand to reduce injuries
caused by moving parts.
In general, the gripping range should only be
adjusted when the appliance is standing with
the gripper jaws (4) on level ground.
When lifting the load for the first time, make sure that it always
hangs vertically. If this is not the case, lower the load back to the
ground and adjust the center of gravity accordingly.
This is done by pulling out the spring bolt (5) and moving the
crossbar (6) at the same time. Then snap the spring bolt (5)
back into the corresponding hole.
