1. Turn ON main disconnect switch at the wall box.
2. Turn ON/OFF switch ON.
b. Preset MenuSelect Operation
Step Press Key Display Reads
1. Press desired preset menu # S E B 23 #]
Oven deck is ready for cooking
when "READY" light is lit.
c. View Actual Temperatures
Step Press Key Display Reads
2. View actual top temperature TOP 163°C
