Step 3:
Installation o the handgrip bars (7) on the connecting tubes (11) with
bolt (63), washers (9) and
spring washer
1. Push the handgrip bars (7) onto the connecting tubes (11) and adjust the
holes in the tubes so that they are aligned.
(Note: the handgrip bars must be aligned ater assembly so that the upper
ends are inclined outwards (away rom the support (64)).
2. Push the bolt (63) through the holes and tighten the handgrip bars (7) with
washers (9) and spring washer (70) rmly.
Step 4:
Installation o the ootrest holder (14) at the connecting tubes (11) with
bolt (13), washers (15) and nut (16).
1. Push the ootrest holder (14R) at the connecting tubes (11R) and adjust
the holes in the tubes so that they are aligned.
2. Push the carriage bolt (44) through the holes and tighten the ootrest
holder (14R) at connection tube (11R) with washers (69) and nut (45) rmly.
(This connection point has to move easily. So please don't tighten the
screw too much.)
3. Install the let ootrest holder (14L) incl. all additionally required parts on
the let hand side o the machine as described in 1. – 2.
(70).
Step 5:
Installation o the ootrest holder (14R) and the let ootrest holder (14L)
with the connecting tubes (11) to the pedal crank and the support (64)
with the spring washers (70), the washers (49) and the screws (19).
1. Place the preassembled unit o the right ootrest holder (14R) and one
connecting tube (11R) at the right hand side o the main rame (36).
(Note: Right is speciied as viewed standing on the machine during
training.)
2. Push the connecting tube (11R) onto the shat (67) o the support (64). Put
on the screw (19) a spring washer (70) and a washer (49) and tighten it rmly.
3. Put the oot pedal holder (14R) at the pedal axle (28R) and tighten them
with washer (20), spring washer (70) and screw (19) rmly.
4. Install the let ootrest holder (28L) incl. all additionally required parts on
the let hand side o the machine as described in 1. – 3.
5. Now tighten the screws (63) o support (64) rmly. Push the plastic cover
(60) and rubber (61) into the right position o chain cover (21).

Following procedure; Remove the assembly bolt rom either end o the Metal
shat, place one or more o the 0.15mm spacers (80) provided on to The
shat, as shown in the picture and then re-t the assembly bolt.
7. Mount plastic cover set (79) to both side ront end pedal bar (14) and
secure with 2 screws (46) or each side. Then put the screw caps or M10
(78) onto all M10 screw heads and nuts.
