Bremshebels Il (Bild 2/3)
Das Gestell (1) legt man mit den Aus-
sparungen
nach oben auf einen Montage-
tisch. Den
Hebel/rechts
(6) durch die
Aussparung führen und In die Kerbe der
Zugstange (9) einhaken.
Nun den Bolzen (10) durch das Gestell,
durch die Hebelbuchse und das Abstands-
rohr (11) in die innere Ständerbohrung
stecken und mit einer Sicherungsfeder (12)
versehen, um das Herausrutschen zu
vermeiden. Das Abstandsrohr (11) ist nur
bel Zelchentischvarlante
I! vorhanden.
AnschlieBend den Hebel/rechts (6) nach
hinten zlehen, den Spezialschrauben-
schlüssel (18) vom
Bolzen der Bremsmutter
(19) entfernen und den Hebel langsam
entspannen.
Der Hebel/links (7) wird in gleicher Weise
montiert, hierbei entfällt lediglich dos
Einhaken in die Zugstange.
Danach das Rohr (5) an den Stimseiten
der Hebel
(6/7) durch je eine Innensechs-
kantschraube
(14), einer Schelbe
(15) und
einer Vierkantmutter (16) montieren, so daß
das Bremspedal (5/6/7) entsteht. Das Rohr
zum Schluß von beiden Seiten mit einem
Stopfen (17) verschlieBen.

Put the drawing board frame (1) on an
assembly table with the openings facing
upwards.
Lead
he right lever (6) through
the opening and hook it in the slot of the
pull rod (9).
'Put the bolt (10) through the frame,
through the lever sleeve and distance
piece (11) into the inner base holes and
provide it with'a retaining spring (12) to
prevent the bolt from sliding out. The
distance piece (11) is only supplied for
version Il of the drawing table.
Then draw right lever (6) backwards,
remove the special spanner (18) from the
bolt of the brake nut (19) and slowly
unstress the lever.
Assemble the left lever (7) in the same
way. You need not, however, hook it in the
pull rod.
Afterwards fasten the distance piece (5) at
the front sides of the levers (6/7) using a
hexagon
socket; screw
(14), a washer
(15)
and a square
nut (16), thus mounting
the
brake pedal (5/6/7). Then seal the distance
piece at both ends by means of a plug
(17).
