9. Nachstellen der Bremswirkung

Nach längerer Beanspruchung der
Zeichenanlage kann sich ein Nachlassen
der Bremswirkung
bemerkbar machen.
Vom
linken Ständer ist die Abdeckung
(33) zu entfernen und die
Kontermuttern (37) zu lösen. Die
Nachstellung der inneren Mutter um '/;
genügt im allgemeinen. Durch
Rechtsdrehung
wird die Bremswirkung
erhöht, durch Linksdrehung verringert.
Nach
erfolgter
Korrektur
die
Muttern'
wieder kontern und die Abdeckung
aufstecken.
10. Arbeiten mit dem ZTF Il
Bei Betätigung des Bremspedals
(5/6/7)
ist die Bremsmutter (19) im entspannten
Zustand, so daB die Lamellen
(38) ihre
Bremswirkung
verlieren
und
das ReiBbrett
mit Zeichenmaschine kann: in jede Stelfung
des Schwenkbereiches
des Zeichentisches
gebracht werden.
Sollte es bei der Verstellung des
ReiBbrettes an der Baugruppe des
Federgewichtsausgleiches
in den
Ständersäulen
(39) zu Funktionsst&rungen
kommen,
so tritt eine Sicherungsbremse
(Fallbremse) in Kraft.
9.
Readjustment of the brake (figure 8)
After a period of time a reduction of the
braking effect may become noticeable.
Remove the cover (33) from the left base
and release the lock nuts (37). In general,
the inner nut need only be adjusted by
1/6. The braking effect is increased by
"turning it clockwise and reduced by turning
it 'anticlockwise. Afterwards tighten the lock
Ruts again and put on the cover.
10.
Operation of the ZTF Il
If the brake pedal (5/6/7) has been
actuated, the brake nut (19) is released
so that the plates (38) do not brake and
the drawing
board can be put in any
position within the field of traverse of the
drawing table.
If the spring weight counterbalance in the
bases (39) does not function properly when
adjusting the drawing board, a safety
brake (lift brake) will be set into operation.
The drawing board and drawing machine
will be blocked and thus cannot fall down,
but the drawing table will not function
any more. № can be repaired by a repair
shop only.
