Disposal
Turn the Invia Motion NPWT pump off by pressing [ ] and holding for 3 seconds.
Disconnect the canister/tubing set from the pump.
Dispose of the canister/tubing set and pump seperately and according to local regulations.
When the Invia Motion NPWT pump is ready for disposal, take care to dispose of the Invia Motion NPWT
pump and its accessories in accordance with your local regulations.
Disposal of electronic equipment
The symbol above means that the electrical and electronic equipment must not be disposed as normal
household refuse. The correct disposal of this device protects and prevents possible damage to the
environment or human health. For more information about proper disposal, contact Medela or your local
healthcare professional. This symbol is only valid in the European Union. Please dispose according to
specified institution protocol or state and local regulations of electrical and electronic equipment.
Do not remove battery from device as long as therapy is ongoing.
Battery can be disposed separately after completion of therapy:
1. Cut the adhesive label.
2. Open battery cover.
3. Remove rechargeable battery.
4. Dispose rechargeable battery according to local regulations.
