• Check and correct any poor contacts in the anti-freeze sensor cables or terminals.
• Connect or replace the anti-freeze sensor (to replace the anti-freeze sensor, first remove the
unit's outer cover and the evaporator cover).
• Reduce the tilt of the unit to a horizontal position.
• Check and correct any poor contacts in the auxiliary battery power cable connections or
terminals.
• Charge or replace the vehicle's auxiliary battery.
• Check the condition of the EPDM seal between the unit and the roof of the vehicle and
replace if defective.
• Adjust the evaporator cover. To access the evaporator cover, first remove the unit's outer
cover.
• Seal the cable output in the evaporator and blower cover (to access the cable output, first
remove the unit's outer cover).
• Disassemble the front of the unit and check that the fastening brackets are secure.
• Check the condition of the insulation on the front of the unit and the drainage pan.
