When you pull the control stick for the elevator unit upwards (see ill. 2, pos.10), the elevator must deflect downwards.
In flight, the landing gear is then pressed upwards and the model descends.
This control function is required to put the model into a normal light position if it wants to ascend too much due to a
control error or a gust of wind.
When you pull the control stick for the rudder to the left (see ill. 2, pos.3), the rudder must deflect to the left. This
pushes the landing gear to the right in flight and the model will roll around the longitudinal axis to the left due to the
changed flow situation on the wings. You have to slightly pull on the elevator so that the model does not loose any
height in this slanted position.
If the elevator unit deflects to the right, you can reverse the rotation direction of the fin servo with the reserve switch for
the fin unit (see ill. 2, pos. 5).
