USING THE FOOD GRINDER ATTACHMENT
Assembling the Sausage Stuffer
Insert the grinding auger into the housing. Place the

sausage disc over the end of the grinding auger, aligning
the notch on the sausage disc with the tab on the
threaded housing rim.
Hold the housing with the threaded side up, placing the

wider end of the sausage stuffer onto the housing. Slide
the collar over the sausage stuffer, turning clockwise
until secured.

Lightly oil the sausage stuffer and slide one casing over the end

the housing. Hold the casing firmly as it fills.
TIP: Use a pin or needle to pierce the casing to release any air
bubbles created during the filling process.
