❖ If you open the door, close it as soon as possible.
❖ Permanently check , if the appliance is well-ventilated. The appliance has to be
well-ventilated from all sides.
❖ Set the temperature control from a high to a low position as soon as it is
possible. This depends on the amount of contents and the room temperature.
❖ Encrusted ice causes a higher energy consumption. Defrost encrusted ice if its
diameter is more than 3 mm ( 1/8 '' ).
❖ Occasionally clean the rear of your appliance with a brush or a vacuum cleaner
to avoid an increased energy consumption.
❖ Disconnect the appliance from the mains if you do not operate it.
❖ Always keep the door seals clean and in a proper condition.
5. Cleaning and maintenance

2. Always keep the appliance clean so that unpleasant odours do not occur.
3. Dust deposits on the condenser will increase the energy consumption. Clean the
condenser twice a year with a vacuum cleaner or a soft brush.
4. Take off all rings and bracelets before cleaning or maintaining the appliance;
otherwise you will damage the surface of the appliance.
