Function settings:
Lighting mode
Your device has 2 different lighting modes that you can also control through your Vinotag app.
By default, the light will be automatically turned on each time the door is opened.
To switch modes, press 2 for 5 seconds or use your Vinotag app.
1. Automatic mode: The light turns on when the door is opened, and turns off automatically after
15 min.
2. Permanent mode: The light only turns on or off when you can control by pressing the switch
in your Vinotag app.
Pre-programmed temperature mode
Your device has a choice of pre-programmed temperatures for easy use and experience.
Pre-programmed temperatures are only available through your device's control panel.
To choose a pre-programmed temperature, press 3 on your control panel for 5 seconds. Select your
program with the key n°3. Once your program is selected, press the key n°3 again for 3 seconds to
validate. Without validation or action for 5 seconds, the previous setting temperature(s) return.
Program for a simple zone MILLESIME cellar:
Temperature 6°C
Temperature 12°C
Temperature 18°C
Program for a double zone MILLESIME cellar:
Temperatures 6°C TOP / 12°C BOTTOM
Temperatures 6°C TOP / 16°C BOTTOM
Temperatures 6°C TOP / 18°C BOTTOM
The serving temperature of your wine is an important element to fully enjoy all the aromas during the
tasting.
A low temperature brings out the acidity and freshness of a wine. A higher temperature will soften the
tannins and deplore the aromas.
