Use
Adjust the saddle to a comfortable position
using the adjustment knobs (c, l).
Adjust the tension as required using the
tension knob (k).
Adjust the straps on the pedals (e) to � t your
feet.
Sit on the saddle, place your feet on the
pedals and grip the handlebars (i). If you
want to use the computer's pulsometer
function, you must position your hands over
the pulse sensors (h).
Pedal and do not remove your feet from the
pedals until they have stopped completely.
Using the computer
The computer comes on when you start
using the equipment or if you press a button.
The computer switches off automatically
when the equipment has been inactive for
around 4 minutes.

Functions
The text at the bottom of the screen indicates
the current display. Press the MODE button
to move through the following displays.
TIME
Displays the time spent on the
current exercise session
(TMR)
SPEED
Shows the current speed up
to 999.9 kph or mph.
(SPD)
DISTANCE
Shows the trained distance up
to 999.9 km or miles for the
(DST)
current training session.
CALORIES
Shows the estimated calorie
consumption up to 9999
(CAL)
kcal for the current training
session
TOTAL
Shows the trained distance
DISTANCE
up to 999.9 km or miles for all
(ODO)
training sessions.
PULSE
Displays your pulse rate in
RATE
beats per minute when you
hold the pulse sensors on
(Heart
both sides of the handlebar
symbol)
simultaneously for at least 4
seconds.
NB! The pulse measurement is
for guidance only.
SCAN
Automatically switches
between the diff erent displays
every 4 seconds
If you have chosen the SCAN display, you can
keep the display in the current parameter by
pressing the MODE button once.
Alarm
You can adjust the duration of an exercise
sessions based on time, distance or calorie
consumption and get a countdown on the
display. Once the set time, distance or calorie
consumption has been reached, the alarm
sounds for 5 seconds.
