Digital Hot Air Frying Machine
1. Get ready the food that is to be prepared.
2. Place the insert rack (7) on its silicone
stoppers in the drawer (4).
3. Place the food in the drawer.
4. Insert the drawer into the cooking
chamber of the main unit (3).
5. Connect the device to a plug socket (see
the "Set-Up and Connection" chapter).
6. Touch the field 
device.
The control panel (2) switches on and
a beep is heard. 200°C and 15 minutes
are preset. The cooking temperature
in °C and the cooking time in minutes
are shown alternately.
7. Either manually adjust the cooking time
and temperature or select a programme
(see the "Programmes and Functions"
chapter).
8. Touch the field

rupted, touch the field 
again. The field flashes while the
cooking process is paused.
○ If the drawer is pulled out, the cooking
process is interrupted. It resumes after

several beeps are heard. The display (11)
shows 0:00 and the fan continues to
run for a little while.

10. Pull the drawer out of the main unit by
the handle (6) and place it down on a
heat-resistant surface.
11. Take the food out of the drawer.
12. Allow the device and accessories to cool
down and then clean them (see the
"Cleaning and Storage" chapter).

CLEANING AND STORAGE

Please Note!
Never spray hot water onto the hot ac-
cessories to prevent material damage.
Do not use any sharp or abrasive clean-
ing agents or cleaning pads. These may
damage the surfaces.
Clean the drawer (4), the insert rack (7) and
if necessary the main unit (3) after every use
to prevent germ formation and to prevent
food residues from burning. Do not allow
any food residues to dry on.
1. Make sure that the device has been
disconnected from the mains power.
2. Wipe down the outside of the main
unit and the cooking chamber and the
heating element with a clean, damp
cloth if necessary. Do not clean in the
dishwasher or immerse in water!
3. Clean the drawer and insert rack with
detergent and warm water or in the
dishwasher.
To maintain the quality of the parts for as
long as possible, they should preferably
be rinsed by hand.
In the case of stubborn dirt, soak in
warm water and detergent beforehand.
4. Allow all parts to dry completely or dry
them off.
5. Store the device and the accessories in a
clean, dry place which is not accessible
to children and animals.
