HE THERMOSTAT CONTROLS THE COMPRESSOR ONLY
You must unplug the appliance to disconnect it from the mains.
1. Set the thermostat to the highest position.
2. Now let the empty appliance operate for 3 hours.
3. Then set the thermostat to the required position, from 1 to 7, the storage
temperature will be colder.
4. In normal conditions the thermostat setting 3 to 4 is recommended, this will
provide effective food storage. If choose higher setting 6 to 7, the storage
temperature may be close to 0°C or lower and the compressor may run
continuously.
5. If you choose a low temperature and some rime is generated at the back of the
appliance, we recommend you select a higher temperature.
The setting definitions are standard values only.
1. The appliance can only reach the relevant temperatures when:
a. the a ambient temperature meets the climatic class.
b. the doors close properly.
c. you do not open the doors too often or too long.
d. the door seals are in proper condition.
e. the appliance is properly positioned.
f. you have not overfilled the appliance.
g. Do not store warm or hot food in the appliance.
2. High ambient temperatures and simultaneously operating at the coldest setting
may make the compressor operate permanently to keep the temperature
constant inside the appliance.
3. Defrost the appliance whenever the diameter of the encrusted ice is more than
3-4 mm.
Cooked food can be stored in the appliance. Let it cool down to room
temperature before you put it into your appliance.
Store your food in colourless, airtight and tasteless materials.
Use the egg-trays, the trays in the door and the pockets for bottles. You can also
store food such as butter, milk etc. there.6
Some food like meat, fish etc. may become dry and release strong odours. You
can avoid these by wrapping them into aluminium foil or plastic wrap or putting
