V. MAINTENANCE
Wipe the individual parts of the appliance's outer casing, including the control panel with
a damp cloth or sponge. Prevent water spilling inside the appliance or control panel.
Do not use any aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents.
Pad cover and cooling pad
Do not remove the rear cover of A11 pad during normal operation. Remove it only if you
are going to replace the cooling pad A10 (its service life is up to 3 years under normal
operation), or to make a complete maintenance after the respective period of time.
Unscrew two A14 screws to dismount the cover. Then remove the cooling pad according to
Fig. 1. Clean the cover and the pad by a fine brush and water with a neutral cleaning agent
added, then rinse in clear water and let dry. Wipe the internal parts of the appliance under
the cover with a damp cloth only. Assemble both parts using the reverse procedure, and
put them back inside the appliance.
– Once the cover is reinstalled, do not forget to properly fix it by tightening the screws
A14.
– Never insert any items or fingers in the internal section under the cover (behind the
plastic grid)! Also pay an increased attention when handling water while the cover
is removed.
Water tank
The tank may be cleaned for example by a fine brush and cloth after taking the tank
out from the cooler body, or you may remove it completely and perform a thorough
maintenance. However to do so, you have to release A9 pump arresting lock according
to Fig. 1. To avoid pinching the pump hose and cable, lead them though the cut hole
according to the detail of Fig. 1. Clean an upper water tank using a wet tissue or a soft
brush.
VI. ENVIRONMENT
If the dimensions allow, there are marks of materials used for production of packing,
components and accessories as well as their recycling on all parts. The symbols specified
on the product or in the accompanying documentation mean that the used electrical or
electronic products must not be disposed of together with municipal waste. For proper
disposal, hand them over at the special collection places where they will be accepted free
of charge. Suitable disposal of the product can help to maintain valuable natural resources
and to prevent possible negative impacts on the environment and human health, which
could be the possible consequences of improper waste disposal. Ask for more details at
the local authority or at a collection site. Fines can be imposed for improper disposal of
this type of waste in agreement with the national regulations. If the appliance is to be put
out of operation, after disconnecting it from power supply we recommend its cutoff and in
this way it will not be possible to use the appliance again. Remove a discharged battery
and dispose of it in a suitable and safe way through the special collection networks. Never
dispose of the battery by burning!
