Defrosting
Defrosting food in a short time is one of the biggest advantages of the microwave oven. First remove the
metal fastening wires of the frozen food bags and replace them with thread or rubber. Open the pack-
aging made of materials such as cardboard before placing them into the oven. Cut or pierce the plastic
bags or packages. If the food is in foil packaging, remove the foil and place the food in a suitable vessel.
(If the frozen food has skin, remove the skin.) Flex the plastic bag on the food to provide even defrosting.
