Checkliste – Motor / Check list – Motor
Vor Inbetriebnahme des Motors ist zu überprüfen:
Stimmt die Netzspannung und Frequenz mit den angeführten Daten am Motorleistungsschild überein?
Wurden alle Anschlüsse ordnungsgemäß ausgeführt (Motoranschluss, Erdungsleiter, ...)?
Ist der Motoranschluss ident mit dem beiliegenden Schaltbild?
Stimmt die Drehrichtung des Motors/Getriebemotors?
Wurde die freie Drehrichtung bei Verwendung einer Rücklaufsperre überprüft?
Anschlusskasten staub- und wasserdicht verschlossen?
Motorschutzschalter installiert?
Sind alle Motorschutzeinrichtungen aktiv und auf den Bemessungsstrom des Motors eingestellt?
Isolationswiderstand überprüft?
Optionale Stillstandsheizung ausgeschalten?
Optionale Fremdlüftung an eine externe Stromversorgung angeschlossen?
Check the following before starting up the motor:
Check that the mains voltage and frequency correspond to the data on the motor rating plate?
All connections have been made properly (motor connection, ground conductor, ...)?
Is the direction of rotation of the motor/geared motor correct?
Has the free rotating direction been checked when using a backstop?
Is the terminal box dust and watertight?
Is a motor circuit breaker installed?
Is all motor protection equipment active and set for the rated motor current?
Has the insulation resistance been checked?
Optional anti-condensation heating is switched off?
Optional forced cooling is connected to an external power supply?
