When installing, simple fix all screws first, then tighten screws when the installation of frame is
done.
1. Take the treadmill out of the carton and put it flat on a level ground. Then unscrew the locking handle
as shown in the figure below (Figure 1). Lift the column up to the upper limit point and tighten the
locking handle. (Figure 2: At least 2 persons are required to install.)

1.1 Locking handle strength adjustment
The locking handle has been adjusted to an appropriate tightening force in factory. Due to different
strength of individuals, the user can adjust the locking handle appropriately according to the tightness
of the upright column to make sure that it is secured. The specific steps are shown in the figure below:
1. Remove the soft round plug at the lower end of the left column.
2. Insert the hexagon head end of the socket wrench in the accessory bag into the hole of the left column
to match with the hexagon nut and insert the equipped Allen wrench into the socket hole to form a
simple T-shaped socket wrench. Rotate clockwise for locking and counterclockwise for loosening.
3. Cover with a soft plug after adjustment.
