6.2 Cold water connection to instantaneous water
heater (not for DCE compact instantaneous
water heaters)
1 Anchor pin
f Secure the anchor pin and push rosette to the wall.
f Seal the thread of the tap body using hemp or Teflon tape.
f Screw the tap extension together with flat gasket to the tap
body.
f Seal the thread of the tap extension using hemp or Teflon
tape.
f Fit the tap body, together with tap extension and flat gasket,
to the anchor pin. Align the tap body horizontally when doing
so.

f If necessary shorten the connection pipes to the required
length and deburr the cut edges.
f Loosen the union nuts of the compression fittings at the con-
nections on the tap body.
f Insert the connection pipes vertically through the union nuts
into the connections on the tap body.
f Screw the connection pipes loosely to the tap body using the
union nuts.
f Fit the hot water boiler.
