Before first Use
Unpack the booster pump and check all parts for any damage in transit. Keep
packaging materials out of reach of children. There is risk of suffocation!
Intended Use
The booster pump is designed for water supply and water lifting.
The booster pump can be used for irrigation and watering of lawn and
flower/vegetable gardens, for filling water tanks (e. g. for sanitary installation)
for high pressure applications (e. g. cleaning of boats and vehicles), for farm
applications, for raising water pressure and water supply up to 8 meters or for
mobile areas (e. g. camping).
The booster pump is not intended for delivering salt water, corrosive, easily
flammable or explosive liquids (e.g. petrol, paraffin, thinners, etc.), faeces, oil,
heating oil or foodstuffs. The booster pump may only be used for delivering
clear water without containing firm or long-fibre particles (such as leaves,
paper, plant scraps). The maximum particle size is 5 mm.
The booster pump is not designed for commercial continuous operation.
The booster pump is not designed for uninterrupted operation (e. g. filter
cleaning of swimming pools etc.)
The intended use also includes an operation following the operating
instructions. Any use beyond these parameters (different media, applying
force) or any changes (reconstruction, no original accessory) can lead to
serious risks and is regarded as use that is contrary to the intended purpose.
Preparation – Installation
The booster pump may only be installed in a try and well ventilated place. The
ambient temperature must not exceed 40°C. Place the booster pump on a
firm, even and level ground.
The booster pump can be fixed in place. Preferably use anti-vibration material
such as a rubber mat between the ground and the booster pump. Make sure
the distance between the booster pump and the wall is at least 15 cm. Use
suitable screws and fix the unit with the provided holes in the feet (5).
