Hints

 Do not connect the booster pump directly to rigid pipelines because of
excessive vibration of the booster pump.
 Make sure the water hoses on the booster pump inlet (8) and the booster
pump outlet (10) are sealed very tight before operating the booster pump.
Even small leakages will cause problems during suctioning and may damage
the booster pump. If you additionally need to seal the hoses, do not use hemp
but use Teflon tape.
 Make sure the suction hose of the suction pipe connection is immersed deeply
enough into the water, for at least 30 cm in order to avoid running dry of the
booster pump.
 Install the suction line connection and the discharge line connection in such a
way that they do not exert any mechanical pressure on the booster pump.
 Do not position the suction line connection above higher than the max.
pumping height as this would delay the escape of air bubbles from the suction
line and impede the priming process.
 If necessary, connect the special accessory (15)
with the suction line instead of using the connect-
ing nipple (11). Make sure the rubber seal is
attached on the thread of the connecting pieces.

Operation

Insert the power plug into a protected wall socket. At the maximum suction height
the suctioning can take up to several minutes.
The booster pump will automatically switch off if the cut-off pressure of 3 bar is
reached. After a loss of pressure due to water consumption the booster pump will
switch on again automatically. The switch on pressure is 1.5 bar.
Thermal Switch – Overheat Protection
The booster pump is equipped with an automatic thermal protection, which
prevents damage to the booster pump caused by overheating. If the booster
pump becomes too hot during operating, it will automatically switch off.
Allow the booster pump to cool down for approx. 30 minutes before operating
again. After cooling period the booster pump will automatically turn on.
