Please note the following safety notes to avoid malfunctions,
damage or physical injury:
 Make sure the voltage corresponds to the type label on the unit.
 Read all safety notes. Failure to adhere to the safety notes and instructions
can lead to electrical shock, fire and/or serious injuries.
 Persons with limited physical, sensorial or mental abilities are not allowed to
use the unit, unless they are supervised and briefed for their safety by a
qualified person.
 Keep children and young persons away from the plugged-in unit. They are not
allowed to operate the booster pump. The booster pump is not a toy.
 The booster pump is designed for water pumping and supply in the house,
garden, for farming application and gardening. The booster pump is not
designed for conveying drinking water, salt water, corrosive, easily flammable
or explosive liquids (e.g. petrol, paraffin, thinners, etc.), faeces, oil, heating oil
or foodstuffs. Only clear water without any firm or long-fibre components may
be delivered with this booster pump. The maximum particle size is 5 mm.
 The booster pump may not be connected to the drinking water circuit.
 The temperature of the water to be delivered must not exceed 35°C.
 Before using the booster pump for the first time, the booster pump has to be
primed by filling water into the housing. Non-observance and running-dry of
the booster pump will lead to damage.
 Do not use the booster pump to deliver solids. Gravel, sand or the like may
damage the booster pump.
 In industrial facilities the regulations for the prevention of accidents as laid
down by the professional trade association for electrical equipment and
devices need to be observed.
 The booster pump is not designed to be operated in swimming pools, paddling
pools etc. Persons and animals must not stand in the water while operating the
booster pump.
 Do not re-position the booster pump if in operation.
 The booster pump may only be installed in try and well ventilated locations.
The ambient temperature must not exceed 40°C. Do not operate the booster
pump during rain, in damp location or close to water accumulations (ponds,
swimming pools etc.).
 If the booster pump is operated in a closed container, ensure adequate
ventilation around the housing. After installing the booster pump to a firm
place, make sure the motor does not touch plastic parts or flammable material.
