Description

machine

excher.
The
main

field
winding

powered
from the
exciter
rotor
winding

rotating,

bridge-connected rectifier
set.
The
exciter
is
THYRIPART-excited.
Excitation
equipment
and
thyristor
voltage
controller
are combined in the
THYRIPART
exciration
system.
The
excitation current
required
is
supplied by the main
machine
proper
via
the excitation
equipment which
