Using this manual

This manual is intended to be used as a work of reference for

professional, well trained and authorised users to be able to

safely install, use, maintain and repair the product mentioned

on the cover of this document.

General description

The Mobiflex 200-M is a mobile filter unit with integrated fan

that provides extraction and filtration for use with a flexible

extraction arm or extraction hose.

The Mobiflex 200-M features an aluminum spark arrester and a

square disposable cellulose filter cartridge. This filter cartridge

is provided with a precoat to extend the lifespan and increases

initial operating efficiency of the filter. A filter pollution indicator

indicates when filter replacement is required.

Thanks to the four transport wheels (two of which are swivel

casters), the Mobiflex 200-M is extremely suitable to be used in

relatively small facilities or near sources of pollution without a

fixed location.

Extraction arm/hose to be ordered separately.

Transport of the machine

The manufacturer cannot be held liable for any transportation

damage after delivery of the machine. Always handle the

machine and the accompanying extraction arm/hose with care.

Always completely dismount the extraction arm/hose before

transport. Dismount the arm/hose by executing the mounting

procedure in reverse order. Subsequently the machine and the

arm/hose can be transported on a pallet in the original packing.

To prevent damage, prevent the machine and the arm/hose

from shifting on the pallet.
