2. Remove the 2 nuts, the 2 washers, the 2 cage
clamps and the control cage.
3. Install in the opposite sequence.
To replace the blastwheel
1. Remove the 4 nuts, the 4 washers and the
blastwheel cover with the control cage.
2. Put an applicable tool in the blastwheel to prevent
rotation. Remove the bolt and discard it.

3. Remove the blastwheel.
4. Install the new blastwheel in the opposite sequence.
CAUTION:
when you install a new blastwheel.
5. Turn the new blastwheel manually. Make sure that
the blastwheel turns freely and does not hit the
control cage.
To do a check of the V-belt tension
WARNING:
without the V-belt cover installed.
1. Stop the product. Refer to
page 22 .
2. Remove the 2 nuts, the 4 washers and the V-belt
cover.
3. Examine the V-belts for damages and wear. Replace
the V-belts if it is necessary.
Always use a new bolt
