Do not use the extension cable while it is wound up.
This can cause the extension cable to become too
hot.

Make sure that the extension cable is out of the
way and the product during operation. This prevents
damage to the extension cable.
Safety devices on the product

Do not use the product if the safety devices are not
in proper working order.

Do a check of the safety devices daily. If your
safety devices are not in proper working order or
are damaged, speak to your HUSQVARNA service
agent.

Do not make modifications on safety devices
ON/OFF switch
The ON/OFF switch is used to start and stop the power
supply to the product.
To do a check of the ON/OFF switch
1. Turn the emergency stop button clockwise to make
sure that it is disengaged.
2. Turn the ON/OFF switch to the ON postion.
3. Make sure that the power supply starts.

4. Turn the ON/OFF switch to the OFF position.
5. Make sure that the power supply stops.
ON/OFF buttons of the control panel
The ON/OFF buttons of the control panel are used to
engage and disengage the control panel.
To do a check of the ON/OFF buttons of the control
panel
Electrical enclosure and control panel, 1-10DS,
Refer to
1-15DS on page 5 or Electrical enclosure and control
panel, 1-10DS with display on page 5 for information
about where the ON/OFF buttons are on your product.
1. Turn the emergency stop button clockwise to make
sure that the emergency stop button is disengaged.
2. Turn the ON/OFF switch to ON position.
3. Push the ON button of the control panel.
4. Make sure that the indicator lamp of the control
panel comes on.
5. Push the OFF button of the control panel. Make sure
that the indicator lamp goes off.
6. Turn the ON/OFF switch to OFF position.
ON/OFF buttons of the blastmotor
The ON/OFF buttons of the blastmotor are used to start
and stop the blastmotor. Refer to
ON/OFF buttons of the blastmotor on page 12 .
