4.3 DRAIN PIPE

For condense draining, prepare a polyvinyl chloride pipe with a
Ø25mm. OD (outer diameter).
Fasten the field supplied pipe to the Drain Hose with adhesive.
The drain piping should be performed with a down-slope pitch of
1/25 to 1/100.
Connect a syphon, as shown at the figure below.

5 ELECTRICAL WIRING

5.1 ELECTRICAL WIRING CONNECTION

The service panel for the electrical box is provided at the right
side of the unit as shown below.

1 Connect the power supply and ground wires to the terminals
in the electrical box as shown below.
2 Connect the wires between the indoor unit and the outdoor
unit to the terminals 1 and 2 in the electrical box.
3 Connect the cable of the Remote Control Switch to the
terminals A and B in electrical box.
4 Tightly fix the wires by the Packing Glands.
5 Seal the wiring connection hole after running the cables
with the seal material (cover plate) to protect the unit from
condensed water and insects.

Keep Electrical Box and Drain Pipe connection free of refrigerant pipes.

It is very important the syphon installation in order to guarantee the proper
condensate draining.

C A U T I O N
• Recommended Field Supply minimum wire size:
• The recommended power source wire section size is 1.5mm2 (ac-
cording to the Standard EN60 335-1)
• Use twisted shielded pair cable or shielded pair cable for transmis-
sion wires between the indoor and the outdoor units, and connect the
shielded part (only one side) to the earth screw in the electrical box of
the indoor unit as shown below.
