4.2 Printer assembly
4.2.1

Installing the filament spool holder

⇒ Remove the screw (31) on the top rear using the Allen key pro-
vided�
⇒ Secure the filament spool holder (7) with the screw in this posi-
tion�
4.2.2

Installing the filament sensor (FMS)

⇒ Remove the screw (30) on the top rear using the Allen key pro-
vided�
⇒ Secure the FMS (9) with the screw in this position.
⇒ Plug the FMS connection cable into the rear of the unit (14).
4.2.3

Installing the filament guiding tube

⇒ Insert one end of the filament guiding tube (2) into the FMS (9)
from above�
⇒ From above, insert the other end into the opening on the front
of the extruder (10).
4.2.4 Attaching the door
⇒ Hold the door at right angles to the unit on the hinge bolts�
⇒ Lower the door until the hinges thread into both hinge bolts�
⇒ Close the door�
