The following table helps to identify and rectify further possible faults:
Fault
The speaker will
not switch on.

Possible cause
The internal battery is
empty.
The speaker is not
switched on.
The volume is set to
minimum.
Remedy
Charge the internal
battery (see section
Charging the internal
battery).
Press and hold the
q
button for about
2 seconds to turn the
speaker on.
Set the desired volume
using the button
If necessary, increase
the volume on the
playback

Bluetooth
device.
