Pausing - only with the Magnichef 4 Flex hob (article number 10041381)
• If the cooking zones are in operation and you touch the pause button
shown on all displays and the heating process is interrupted.
• At this point, only the pause button
button can be used.
• If you touch the pause button
the cooking zones continue to heat.
Flexible cooking zone range
• This area can be used as a single cooking zone or as two different cooking
zones, as required.
• The flexible area consists of two independent inductors that can be controlled
separately. When operating as a single zone, the cookware is moved from one
zone to the other within the flexible range, maintaining the power level of the
zone where the cookware was originally placed and automatically switching
off the part not covered by the cookware.
• Important: Make sure to place the cookware centrally on the individual
cooking zone. For large pots, oval, rectangular and oblong pans, make sure
that the pans are placed centrally on the cooking zone so that both sides are
covered.
Examples of good and bad positioning of pots:
Automatic switch-off
The hob switches off automatically if you have not set the cooking time, have
forgotten to switch off the hob or the hob has not been used at all. The preset
operating times for the different power levels are listed in the table below:
